Questions data-driven leaders ask

Do I really need a data warehouse — isn’t GA4 enough?

GA4 is one lens, and it only sees your website. It doesn’t know what the lead did in your CRM, what the sale was worth after refunds, or what you actually spent across platforms. A BigQuery warehouse pulls ads, web, and CRM into one queryable source of truth — so when the dashboard says revenue, it reconciles with what’s in the bank. If GA4 and your CRM have never agreed on a number, that’s the gap a warehouse closes.

How is this different from just buying a dashboard tool?

A dashboard tool displays whatever you feed it — wrong data included, just prettier. We make the data correct first (tracking, definitions, deduplication), unify it in a warehouse, then build the dashboards on top and interpret them with you.
